Synchronized Swimming
Interested in trying Artistic (Synchronized) Swimming?
Do you like to swim, dance or perform gymnastics? Maybe Artistic Swimming is just the sport for you! The Cumberland Valley Spiralettes is a club sport that has been around since 1976. Swimmers ages 8 to 18 from the surrounding areas (not just CV students) are welcome to join the team.
Introductory Workshops are held twice a year in spring and fall at the CV Natatorium. Cost $30 for three classes, typically on Tuesdays from 6:00-7:30pm.
Pre-registration is required. Email cvspiralettes@gmail.com to register or for more information. NOTE: This is NOT SWIMMING LESSONS. All participants must be comfortable treading water in the deep end, and have a basic understanding of freestyle, breaststroke, and backstroke. Participation in the workshop is required in order to tryout for the team in the fall.
Our season runs from September through May each year, with a tryout in the fall. We have two teams, a show and competition team that does some traveling. Practices are 1-2 times a week with a show/recital in the Spring. The following information is about our next show:
Join us for the Cumberland Valley Spiralette's 49th Annual Show, The Magic of Synchro on April 25th or 26th, 2025 at 7:30 pm at the CV pool. Tickets are $10 cash at the door. Hope to see you there!
