Monroe Elementary is a Title I building. Title I funds are used at the building level to:

  1. Provide supplementary education to students eligible for services.

  2. Offer additional funding to schools and districts to improve the academic achievement of eligible students and reduce performance gaps between advantaged and disadvantaged students.

  3. Assist eligible students in meeting high academic standards.

Both the Parent Compact and Engagement Policy were reviewed with parents at the September 11, 2025, PTO meeting.
